National Newsletter
I, as National Vice President, have a responsibility to issue a National Newsletter after each National Council meeting.
It is at National Council meetings that each Local Association President presents a Report to the National Council on its own activities since the last National Council meeting. These take place usually twice a year, once in the South and once in the North.
